We want receiving your piece to feel as considered and dependable as the piece itself. We carefully inspect and securely pack each order before sending it to you through an express courier service.

Where We Deliver

We deliver worldwide, except to PO boxes.

For APO and FPO addresses, enter APO or FPO as the city and select AE, AP or AA as the state, according to your address. Please select the United States as the destination country and include the correct ZIP code.

Preparing and Delivering Your Order

We inspect, pack and dispatch each order from Malaysia within 2 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be prepared from the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–5 business days through an express courier service.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties are included with your order. You will not need to pay customs duty when it arrives. If you are asked to pay customs duty, please contact us before making payment. We will look into it with the courier and help resolve it.

Depending on the delivery country, local VAT, GST or sales tax may apply. This is separate from customs duty and, where required, may be collected by the courier before delivery.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change or correct your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update it for you.

If an address appears incomplete or unclear, we will contact you for confirmation before sending your order.
