We choose leather for its quality, strength and authentic character, together with durable hardware and construction. We stand behind every piece we create.

Every piece purchased from our website is guaranteed against defects in leather, hardware and construction for as long as it remains with the original owner. If you purchase a piece as a gift, the person you give it to is considered the original owner and receives the same guarantee.

We select structurally sound leather suited to the intended function of each piece. Natural characteristics of leather, including grain variations, surface markings and natural colour changes, are not considered defects.

Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and ageing, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised alterations.

Your order is protected while in transit. Orders confirmed as lost by the carrier, or received damaged or with a defect, will be replaced at no additional cost. Transit protection does not cover refused, abandoned or unclaimed parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect information or an unavailable recipient.

To make a claim, simply contact us with your proof of purchase, order details and clear photographs. We will review the matter and provide repair or replacement, as appropriate.
